Proper Treatment and Finishing
Extended term
In order to offer a complete service to our customers, we provide a pre-treatment and thermo-lacquering service (also known simply as lacquering) of different surfaces/materials. In addition to the aesthetic component, this process is essential to prolong the useful life of materials.
Pre-Treatment
The purpose of the pre-treatment is to prepare and protect the materials against corrosion, as well as to maximize the adhesion of the paint, respecting the norms of Qualicoat.
Lacquering
Thermolacquering is an electrostatic painting process carried out with powder paints (thermoset based on polyester). Finally, polymerization takes place.
Various Finishes
In order to protect and make materials more appealing, lacquering allows for numerous types of finishing: glossy, matt, metallic, textured, among others.
